Modification and Retraction Policy

Articles can be revised and retracted before submitting to international reviewers. The principal/corresponding author may email the editor of PJLTS at [email protected] with a good justification for the revision or retraction of the work.

Open Access Policy

All research publications by PJLTS are available for free and open access, and there is no article processing fee. The journal deals with the rising questions in Theoretical and Applied Translation. The trans-disciplinary nature of Translation Studies encourages researchers from fields like Art and History of Translation and its applications in various fields of knowledge and human endeavor, Linguistics, Language Learning, Comparative Literature, Literary History, and Theory, Computational Linguistics, Machine Translation, Localization, Arts, Humanities and Social Science. The texts of the articles published by this journal are available for readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to for any other lawful use.

All articles published by PJLTS are immediately available online, with no subscription fees or registration requirements.

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism is not tolerated by the PJLTS editorial team. Plagiarism, defined as the act of misrepresenting someone else's words or ideas as one's own, can take the form of copying content from other sources, including the Internet, and/or failing to credit the original sources or authors. It can also include the improper usage of references and documentation in a way that constitutes plagiarism. Plagiarism is viewed as a significant breach of academic integrity. If plagiarism is discovered at any time, even after publication, any article containing plagiarized information or sections will not be published and/or withdrawn. The Similarity Index is checked using Turnitin, a plagiarism detection Programme offered by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC), and in any case, the permissive limit of 19 percent cannot be exceeded.

Articles published in PJLTS will be Open-Access articles distributed under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). The copyright is retained by the author(s). Publishers will insert the following note on the website of the published text:
